1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Exclusive Trips Ltd website and the booking of travel services through us. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 A booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit and issue a confirmation invoice.

2.2 A deposit of £150 per person (or as specified) is required at the time of booking.

2.3 The balance must be paid no later than 10 weeks before departure. For bookings made within 10 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2.4 We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

2.5 If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply cancellation charges.

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

3.2 Prices are subject to availability and may change until your booking is confirmed.

3.3 We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before or after booking confirmation.

3.4 Price increases after booking may occur due to changes in transportation costs, taxes, or exchange rates, but only if permitted by law.

4. Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply based on the number of days before departure:

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

5. Changes by You

5.1 If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5.2 An administration fee of £50 per person may apply, plus any additional costs from suppliers.

5.3 Some changes may not be possible and may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

6. Changes or Cancellation by Us

6.1 We reserve the right to make minor changes to your booking. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

6.2 If we must cancel your booking, you will be offered an alternative holiday of comparable standard or a full refund.

6.3 We will not be liable for any changes or cancellations caused by force majeure events beyond our control.

7. Travel Documents

7.1 You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.

7.2 Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date for most destinations.

7.3 We are not liable if you are denied entry to any country due to inadequate documentation.

8. Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance is a condition of booking with us. Your policy should cover cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, and personal belongings. We recommend purchasing insurance at the time of booking.

9. Our Liability

9.1 We accept responsibility for ensuring your holiday arrangements are made with reasonable skill and care.

9.2 We are not liable for any services that do not form part of our contract with you.

9.3 Our liability is limited to a maximum of three times the cost of your booking.

10. Complaints

10.1 If you have a complaint during your holiday, please notify the accommodation provider and our team immediately.

10.2 If the matter cannot be resolved locally, please submit your complaint in writing within 28 days of your return.

10.3 We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
